detailing your project, its location, your budget and your daytime,
evening/weekend contact information.
- We work long hours on our projects so we'll get back to you that evening
or the following business day to schedule a face-to-face appointment.
- We keep our appointments and arrive on time so you don't
have to waste hours waiting.
- We'll listen to your ideas, learn
about your lifestyle; then make recommendations on
how we might approach the project, the materials that would work best
and how much your investment will be. We'll also discuss payment terms
based on the projects length and complexity.
- After agreeing on the project scope, budget and start/finish dates,
you'll receive a written proposal and contract from DeMarco
Construction.
- Upon receiving the signed contract and any required deposit, we'll
begin shopping for any custom or special order building materials
required.
- Our first team will arrive to do any demolition or site prep
work required.
- DeMarco Construction employees and sub-contractors will clearly identify
themselves. We expect them to arrive on time, protect your belongings,
keep the workplace as tidy as possible (smoking is not allowed on
your premises) and at the end of the day to leave your home safe and
secure.
- Specialty contractors will arrive as scheduled to ensure that each
stage of the project runs smoothly. We will do our best to notify you
if we will be undertaking any exceptionally dusty, dirty or noisy activities.
But please remember that construction is messy! The good news is that
we won't take a single day longer than we have to.
- As each stage of the construction or renovation is completed, you'll
begin to see your home take shape. By the time we finish (on time or
earlier), you'll know why our customers rave about us!
