This lovely family home had two exceptional features that simply were being "wasted" - dramatic 20 foot ceilings and an expansive 1,200 square foot dining/living room. However, the adjoining dark, cramped kitchen made the entire space feel dated and closed in. You'll see in the before and after pictures below how creating the proper balance within the rooms, increasing the natural light, and adding warm tones throughout play an important role in visually and functionally enhancing this home.
