For this project, we were hired directly by the bank to fix and finish a home that an investor and their contractors had been languishing on for almost a year - with only 30% of it complete. They hired us to take over this project in late December and we were substantially complete by the end of January. It was "a mess". Even the architect's and engineer's plans had to be redrawn and submitted to the city. But, we invested 45 working man days and now the house is final and on the market.
