"1920's Garage Converted into an ADU"

Another De Marco Builders (DM) project completed in St. Johns.
We transformed a 1920s garage into a fully permitted ADU and restored the entire exterior envelope of the main home. Work included upgrades to the roofing, gutters, chimney, sewer, water main, and installation of new 200-amp electrical service panels.
The ADU is 400 sq. ft. and features a full kitchen, full bathroom, Ipe decking, and a custom trellis.
Note: The homeowners selected the exterior paint colors.
Project completed in just 62 days!
