"ADU"
This ADU was designed and built specifically as an AirBNB. This 100-year-old home presented several issues which required us to file appeals with the city and alter areas of the home that are not part of the ADU within a week of starting this project. The owners trusted that we would still maintain our rapid schedule and that is exactly what we did finishing in just 50 days and it has been fully booked since a final.
