Completed April 17 — This modern Japanese–inspired home offers exceptional craftsmanship and thoughtful design throughout. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and two master suites, the home includes two independent heating and AC systems, quartz and limestone finishes, and rift- and quarter-sawn white oak hardwood flooring.
Built to commercial structural standards, the home provides outstanding durability and comfort. Even though it is located along a main roadway, the interior remains exceptionally quiet thanks to a doubled R-value in insulation, upgraded sheathing, and Marvin fiberglass windows that provide abundant natural light while minimizing sound transfer.
The kitchen features custom teak cabinetry and honed granite/quartzite countertops. Bathrooms include Pewter-colored 4000 PSI concrete, Pennsylvania blue stone, and Carrara marble. The common hallway bath is finished with quartz and limestone materials on both the walls and ceiling.
A private courtyard has been created at the back of the home, enclosed by a 7’-tall, 3’×10’ retaining wall. The entire lot includes a 4” layer of river rock and a large French drain system designed so water naturally flows about 2’ below grade—ensuring proper irrigation for the cherry blossom trees, purple mini willow trees, Japanese maples, and mini pines throughout the landscaping.
